There are many support situations that requires the system logs both from Serstech and the Indicator in order give quick and efficient support. In ChemDash ONE, the standalone version, all the data and logs are stored locally. Therefore, a system report function has been implemented.
In order to create a system report please follow all steps in sequence described below:
1.Connect the indicator to the PC using the USB cable
2.Turn on the indicator and log in as Admin using your credentials
3.Open the latest version of the ChemDash application
4.On the main front page click on Help
5.Click on System report.
6.Select both boxes:
§ Indicator logs (requires connected device),
§ Data from ChemDash ONE (device configuration, measurements, libraries).
7.Selecting OK, ChemDash ONE will create a .zip fil, with a timestamp in the filename. This .zip file contains the logs and data.
8. Please send this .zip file to us.
