Chemdash error message: Check that no other application is listening on 9093.
Your company's IT support team needs to check either if other application is listening to the 9093 port or if the port is blocked from the computer firewalls. When you install Chemdash, the installation automatically opens up the required port in Windows defender firewall. However, if you are using another firewall which is blocking this port this message will appear. If this is the case, this port needs to be opened on the computer to proceed with the installation. Hence this is something we can’t control and the first thing the customer needs to do is to check and make sure that this port is allowed through the firewall and try again.
We, as Serstech to verify if that was a problem with the application we need the log files from the installer. The zip attached to the ticket only contains the ChemDash.log, and not the full contents. Please if you do as mentioned above and the problem still exists send us the complete log files. Here you find the path : C:\Users\<user>\Chemdash one\logs directory.
