How to proceed further when you get the message: “Check that no other application is listening on port 9093”

There are 2 common ways to face this issue-we recommend the 2nd one:
This might be the most complex one: Use the Windows PowerShell to find out which apps are listening to the same port.
I. Search for: Windows PowerShell
II. Open the app and simply type in the command:   netstat -aon | findstr :9093
III. It will show you all processes that use port 9093. Notice the pid (process id) in the right column.

This might be the easiest one as it does not require any special skills: Use the Windows Task Manager to find which apps are listening to the same port and end their processes.
I. Search for Windows Task Manager
II. Open the Task Manager and go to Details
III.  Then you will find a list with all the apps that are installed in the current PC and you can see the path they listen to, their status etc.
IV. We recommend that you short by PID (process ID for each app)-see image below

V. Find the one you are looking for eg.:9093
VI. If there are several apps listening to the same port and you would like to free this port you should decide upon which app to deactivate-close the app processes by performing right click and then choose End Task.
