How to enter USB mode when the device has lost its connectivity

If your device has lost its USB connectivity, we suggest you always to upgrade to the latest available firmware version. In this case you can enter the USB mode from a different path described below:

1. Turnoff the device
2. Use the USB cord to connect the device to the PC
3. Turn on the device and IMMEDIATELY press continuously the OK button
4. Then you get this message on the screen: **In a USB recovery mood** Press TAB to reboot

5. Now the device should be connected as USB, so ,the device window will pop-upon the PC

6. Go to updates file and paste the firmware file

7 .Once the file is there, please press the TAB button on the device
8. Now the device will restart and install the update
